How to Capture Logs on Eversolo Streamers

This tutorial is suitable for DMP-A6 and DMP-A8.

Ⅰ. Preparations

1. RKDebugTool_DMP-A6.apk

2. External USB drive or  M.2 SSDx1

3. This tutorial uses DMP-A6 as an example, all the steps work for DMP-A8 too.

Ⅱ. Guide to Capture Logs

(Before starting, please download the RKDebugTool_DMP-A6 APK file to a USB flash drive and insert the flash drive into the DMP-A6. Then, in the File Manager, locate the APK file and click on it to install.)

1. After installing the RKDebugTool_DMP-A6 on the DMP-A6, connect an external storage device or internal SSD to store captured log files. Then, access APPs menu and click on ‘Realtek Debug’.

 2. At the top of the software interface is the LOG saving path. Click ‘Start All’ to begin capturing. Press the back key or home key to exit the software; the log capturing app will run in the background.

Now, you can start reproducing abnormal situations.

Friendly reminder: Please do not remove the external storage during the capture process!!!

3. After you replicate the issue, re-enter the Realtek Debug App and click on‘Stop ALL’.

4. Finally, navigate to the root directory of  thertk_dump folder, compress the folder named with the year, month, and day into a zip file, and send it to Eversolo support.
