The worst customer service

I am happy with the performance of Eversolo DMP-A6. However, the customer service is poor or non existent. The remote control I ordered and paid for along with the streamer never arrived. ZIDOO has so far failed/refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue.

Outstanding Streamer for under $900!

A very well built Music streamer with a very user friendly user interface, super easy to use. Excellent sound quality with solid bass and well defined highs. The display is simply beautiful, here’s a unit you don’t want to hide. On the bottom of the A6 you will find a door to install your own m.2 NvME memory card so you can store your music library. The A6 will support up to a 4TB memory card.

Another benefit of the Eversolo DMP-A6 is the ability to “cast” the display to your phone for remote use. The only disadvantage is the A6 cannot be turned on from the phone cast but it can be turned off. You will need to buy an optional remote to remotely start the A6 (Eversolo should include the remote with the unit)!

If you connect a USB CD drive to the A6 you can rip your CDs right to the internal storage. The A6 will even search the internet for the song names and cover art (although some of my latin music CDs from the 90’s were not found).

I am extremely satisfied with this Streamer/DAC. My only recommendation is for a better Apple Music app interface that would make better use of beautiful built in display.

LOVE MY EVERSOLO DMP-A6

The Eversolo DMP-A6 is a great little streamer. The 6-inch screen is easy to read and the sound coming from this wonderful unit is very detailed. Much better than my old Cambridge CXN-V2. My only complaint is with the app...apparently still a work in progress. Some of the radio stations (Radio Caprice Psychedelic) will not stream from the app, although I can stream them from my PC. Not a big deal as I expect that the app will be continually updated. Looking forward to Eversolo's next streamer.
